This policy describes what the website actually does today. It will be updated before any new service (such as analytics, advertising, accounts or payments) is added.

Information you choose to send

When you use Contact Us, the details you enter (name if given, email address, category, page link, G.O. number, source and message) are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to [email protected]. They are used only to reply to you and to fix the website. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

Calculators and document tools

Calculations, PDF tools, OCR and image-to-Excel run inside your browser. The files and figures you enter are not uploaded to this website.

Information stored in your browser

Some features save data in your own browser (local storage), on your device only: saved G.O. references, the income-tax estimator's employee details, and your English/Telugu choice on the EHS pages. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, accounts and payments

The website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools, does not show advertising, has no user accounts and takes no payments.

Third-party services

To work, pages load content from: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (the contact form), Abacus (the total page-view counter in the footer; it stores only a running number, no personal data), Google Fonts (fonts), jsDelivr (the Tesseract OCR, pdf.js and ExcelJS libraries), and Google Drive (PDF copies and previews, only when you open one). WhatsApp opens only if you tap a share link. Links to Government websites open those sites. These services may record technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Retention, correction and deletion

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and fix the issue. To see, correct or delete a message you sent, email [email protected] from the same address.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information.

Children

The site is meant for adults working in or with Government service and is not directed at children.
