Government orders and third-party material
Government Orders, memos, circulars and notifications are public documents of the Government. Compilations, transcriptions, page layouts, commentary and document copies prepared by other publishers may be protected separately. Some reference entries link to third-party pages, and some PDF copies are re-typed reading copies; they are labelled on the page. Their inclusion does not mean that permission has been granted by that publisher.
