How it is calculated
HPL accrues at 20 days per completed year of service (10 days per half-year). EL accrues at 30 days per year for most non-vacation staff. Encashment is computed on (Basic + DA) ÷ 30 per day, capped at 300 days. Confirm entitlement against the leave rules applicable to your post.
