How to use a Wellness Centreవెల్‌నెస్ కేంద్రాన్ని ఎలా వాడాలి
Take your health card (or Employee ID / PPO number) and Aadhaar - register at the counter - doctor consultation - tests - medicines from the approved list - referral if admission is needed. For a chronic illness, carry old prescriptions and reports.హెల్త్ కార్డు (లేదా ఉద్యోగి ఐడీ / పీపీఓ నంబర్), ఆధార్ తీసుకెళ్లండి - కౌంటర్‌లో నమోదు - వైద్యుని సంప్రదింపు - పరీక్షలు - ఆమోదిత జాబితా నుంచి మందులు - చేరిక అవసరమైతే రిఫరల్. దీర్ఘకాలిక వ్యాధికి పాత ప్రిస్క్రిప్షన్లు, రిపోర్టులు తీసుకెళ్లండి.
