- (జె) ఆరోపణల వివరణ పత్రం (స్టేట్‌మెంట్ ఆఫ్ ఇంప్యుటేషన్స్) ప్రతి ఆరోపణకు మద్దతుగా చర్యలు / లోపాలు, ఒప్పుకోళ్లు, ఆశించిన ప్రవర్తన లేదా ఉల్లంఘించిన నిబంధనను పూర్తిగా, కచ్చితంగా ఇవ్వాలి.
