వివరణ (ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి): జీవో 386/1976, జీవో 20/1977 కుష్టు, క్షయ, క్యాన్సర్, గుండె జబ్బు, మానసిక వ్యాధి, మూత్రపిండ వైఫల్యంతో బాధపడే రెగ్యులర్ ఉద్యోగులకు ఖాతాలోని ఆరు నెలల అర్ధ వేతన సెలవుకు బదులు ఆరు నెలల వరకు పూర్తి వేతనం అనుమతించాయి; జీవో 29/2011 దీన్ని ఎనిమిది నెలలకు పెంచింది.
