- (సి) ఏసీబీ కేసుల్లో లేదా తీవ్ర ఆరోపణలపై సస్పెండైన నిందిత / ఆరోపిత అధికారులను పునర్నియామకంపై — ఎఫ్‌ఏసీపై కూడా — కేసులు ముగిసే వరకు కీలక స్థానాల్లో నియమించరాదు.
