- నిబంధన: ఇతర శాఖల ఖాళీల్లో సర్దుబాటు చేయలేని నిజమైన కేసులకే సూపర్‌న్యూమరరీ పోస్టులు. రోస్టర్ ప్రకారం రెగ్యులర్ ఖాళీ రాగానే అవి స్వయంగా రద్దవుతాయి. ఏడాదికి 5 కంటే ఎక్కువ అవసరమైతే కలెక్టర్ పూర్తి వివరాలతో ప్రభుత్వ పరిపాలనా శాఖను సంప్రదించాలి.
