- నిబంధన: (e) శాఖ ప్రభుత్వ కార్యదర్శి స్థాయిలోనే నిర్ణయం; ఖాళీ ఉంటే నియామక అధికారులు నియమిస్తారు, లేకపోతే నోడల్ అధికారులకు (జీవోలు 427, 533/1991, 215/1993). (f) కనిపించకుండా పోయిన ఉద్యోగి తిరిగి వచ్చినా / బతికి ఉన్నట్లు తేలినా నియామకం ముగుస్తుందని ఆధారితుడు బాండ్ ఇవ్వాలి.
