- Rule: (h) In the panel, eligible SC/ST employees from the feeder category are placed at their roster points irrespective of seniority; one already higher by seniority is not moved down — the roster point is then filled by moving up a junior SC/ST. Once the required percentage is reached, adjustment stops and unused roster points lapse; shortfall is carried forward. (i)–(j) 2002-03 panels already operated are not reopened; unoperated ones are reviewed. (k) Also applies to educational institutions, local bodies, corporations, boards, Grandhalaya Samsthas, market committees and other State-funded/aided bodies.

(i)–(j) అమలైన 2002-03 ప్యానెల్స్ తిరిగి తెరవరు; అమలు కానివి సమీక్ష. (k) విద్యా సంస్థలు, స్థానిక సంస్థలు, కార్పొరేషన్లు, బోర్డులు, గ్రంథాలయ సంస్థలు, మార్కెట్ కమిటీలు, ప్రభుత్వ నిధులు / సహాయం పొందే సంస్థలకూ వర్తిస్తుంది.
