రూల్ 21(1ఏ) చేర్పు: క్రమశిక్షణాధికారి విచారణ నివేదిక కాపీని (తనది లేదా విచారణాధికారిది) ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగికి పంపాలి; నివేదిక అనుకూలమైనా కాకపోయినా ఆయన 15 రోజుల్లో లిఖిత ప్రాతినిధ్యం ఇవ్వవచ్చు. ఉద్యోగికి ప్రతికూలంగా ఏ నిర్ధారణతోనైనా క్రమశిక్షణాధికారి విభేదిస్తే, విభేద అంశాలు, సంక్షిప్త కారణాలు నివేదికతో పాటు పంపాలి.
రూల్ 21(1బి) చేర్పు: సబ్-రూల్స్ (2) నుంచి (4) ప్రకారం ముందుకు వెళ్లే ముందు క్రమశిక్షణాధికారి ప్రాతినిధ్యాన్ని పరిగణించాలి.
