- Old employees (Rules 3–5): Those whose service registers were not opened are recorded as above; those whose date of birth was already recorded or became final cannot claim alteration; pending alteration requests are decided on the age recorded in school / college records at entry.
- Effect: These rules override any inconsistent rules under Article 309. (Later amended by G.O.Ms.No.383/1993 and 94 / 95 of 1994.)
